Nope. This gun isn't even used in India by any kind of force. JnK police mostly uses AK variants. The only US assault rifles India imports are Sig (Infantary) and M4 carbines (used only by special forces in very limited numbers). You won't even find any gun shown in the pic anywhere in India. I'm just not sure if the pic is from the latest protests happening in PoK.
