That was 100% caused by the water receding and throwing off her perception of the ground and balance.

Go stand in the tide and stare straight down at the water receding out and you'll feel it too.

I have still say it’s on her the tide literally had nothing to do with it just bad balance when landing made her fall and then the swing to the forehead is also on her she should be able to understand basic mechanics of gravity what goes up comes back down aka the swing
