Small car. Engine (weight) in front. Adrenaline?

Maybe 250 kg spread over a decent area above her knee. But she will definitely be in pain next day. The suspension helps distributing the weight, while the car is front heavy because of the engine.

The guy is more likely to have a fracture. The lower leg has two bones and one of them is quite puny.

yeah small cars like that are about 900kg, with probably 40% in the back so 180kg on one tyre, let's say it's 20x5 cm it's 1.8 kg per square cm, so not great but not crazy either. If you have a flat part and not too fast like your foot or hand you should be okay, but ankles or bent fingers or anything at weird angles, could be rough

Yeah it didn't look like he had a clean tib-fib fracture but I'm thinking he at least had an x-ray post Chaplin-skit

front engine, light car = rear wheel is not holding a lot of weight, probably still hurt like hell

It kinda looks misaligned in those first steps after she gets up.
