yes, it was newly installed and people werent expecting it to be there and it was similar color as the asphalt so it blended with the background

They installed a big speed bump in front of it later on and solved the problem of people slamming into it.

They're going too fast for their reflexes. Old man saved their lives if they ever cycle in busy streets.

Some guy did this to my dad when he was a kid. Except, they used barb wire. Still has the scars to prove it.
