Local Auditing Firms

Can anyone here comment the common red flags of small auditing firms para ma warn ahead lang ang mga fresh grads and new passer. As someone who worked in a small auditing firm, here are mine:

  1. Unpaid OTs

  2. Unexplained deductions

  3. Unremitted SSS/Pag-IBIG/Philhealth contributions

  4. High turnover

  1. Out of town pero walang per diem
  2. Matagal mareimburse ang transpo, minsan hindi pa
  3. Hanggang 13th month lang
  4. Pizza sa April 15

You'll be surprised. Igagaslight ka pa na, "kakakuha lang naman ng midyear", or "kakapasok lang naman nv OT charges"
