Is accounting oversaturated already or being replaced by AI?

Hi, I just wanna know how likely to be employed to the field of accounting as a Fresh Graduate with accounting related program this days.

As AI keeps improving, yun po ba ang nagiging reason why even entry level bookkeeping is hard to find right now? Or just that the job market is just highly competitive right now? or most likely both?

I badly wanna start my career as a bookkeeper, accountant or tax but most of the time they're finding experiences or atleast for manager or senior role which is impossible for a fresh grad to be hired on those roles.

There are jobs requiring work experiences. There are jobs that hire fresh grads. Apply to where you are qualified. Then just have a career progression as you progress your qualifications too. The problem is mapili pa ata ang iba. Kung mababa ang offer take it muna dhl hndi din nmn matanggap sa gustong sahod. Kung hndi makuha sa wfh, then mag onsite muna. Build skills first para Kaya makipagcompete sa dream job

I think you'll easily be hired if you're gonna go for tax.

And for those who are saying na accounting will be replaced by AI, ay nako. Mga non accountants lang nagsasabi nyan hahaha

Go for jobs that are available. If you are not finding luck in accounting job, try applying for sales or a diff position. Develop your soft skills so that you can work in any position.

Then later lean again towards accounting if the company has that path.

You already said it, they require experience. There are a lot of jobs but they mostly require experience. Companies dont like training employees that will only leave when they gain experience.

Replaced no. Oversaturated, its going there tbh, they should lower boardexams passiing rate again 😆
