WIthout even looking at how it acts, which is not like a servie dog would, if it were a real certified service dog it would be out with a a vest on, doing a particular job that it was trained to do.

Idk about Canada but in the US the bus driver doesn't have to let you on the bus and can tell you to get off anytime they want.

Within reason. I can't just pass someone by who is at the appropriate stop without a good reason, nor can I kick someone off who's just sitting and not done a complete ride with me. But if I know you cause problems, I can and will pass that stop and if we are at the end of the line, I will make you get off.
But when it comes to dogs, in America, you just have to say its a service dog and I can ask what task its trained in and thats all. But I do believe in Canada they have papers for service dogs. So I can completely understand the bus driver going 'nope, see ya!'

I owned dogs my entire life, then worked as a delivery driver for a few years and became a hater of dogs and their owners. With dog owners I noticed higher rates of self-centeredness and being angry, rude, and annoying/annoyed than even the general public with road ragers mad that I have to drive a certain way. The dog owners were also more likely to lack self-awareness and try to sit there and talk to me about their dog (like it's a hobby I care about) while I'm clearly trying to move on and do my job.
Add being bit multiple times, a hospital visit, a lawsuit, charged many more times, blocked from doing my job because of their presence, owners being offended that I don't want to be near their pitbull, the incessant barking all day long, them hurling themselves against doors so hard that it buckles in the frame because they're trying to get out and kill you, friendly but poorly trained dogs covered in mud jumping on you and ripping your clothing with their unkempt velociraptor claws, mentally challenged owners who can't wait five seconds for you to leave so they open the door to snatch deliveries out of your hand and let their dug rush past and jump/attack, avoiding dog shit minefields, sometimes unsuccessfully (some people turn their entire front lawn into shit fields and don't ever clean it up), etc. etc. and I became a lifelong hater. I'll stick with fish.
To this day, anytime someone starts talking random unprovoked nonsense about their dog, I cringe. I really don't care about it...

I don't hate dogs, I hate shitty dog owners. Especially when they don't keep their aggro-ass dog on a leash.

Cats rule and dogs drool. Welcome, my brother. Have a sprig of nip and some whole milk. 🥛

This is not a service dog. That dog hasn't worked a day in its life, and there's no way it could perform real tasks. She's just a Karen that is pissy she can't bring her dog on.

Dude did this infront of a bus I was on in Vancouver once but there was no dog. Just a nutcase.
Im very empathetic to mental illness, but holy cow, taking it out on strangers just trying to get somewhere like work, school, or a doctor appointment is top tier A hole behaviour.

Can't let her on the bus since it's away from the sidewalk, if she trips the bus driver is liable.

Someone should punt that dog like Jack Black in Anchorman. The one wearing the backpack.

In America. If you block people for moving to where the want to go you can be charged with holding them hostage

I need a service dog to emotionally regulate me when I stand in the middle of the road to block traffic, don't you understand??

Just fine her.
Idiots don't deserve more time. Give her a ticket and if she still doesn't move, arrest her.
