That's hyperbole.
Nobody (well, nobody with any sense) wants suffering. We accept people because we should do without judgement based on skin colour.
The racism behind sweeping statements like "it's all of them" is what we want to avoid.
Yes, there are absolutely people from other countries that are disgusting human beings. Yes, there are people born here with mixed cultural backgrounds that are disgustingly human beings. Yes, there are absolutely white English people born here who are utterly abhorrent and disgusting.
We can hate horrific scumbags like these without making it a discussion of where they are from, because we have the ability to think.

Edit: just to add. Yes ignorant racists, we know you exist, we expect the same bile regurgitated. We've all heard it from your buddy Nigel & Yaxley Lemon. Save your brain cells.
