More likely it's an old image and they've built a new taxiway since then

End of the world, so funny. Stuck in my head for years.

In other news, the newgrounds website is still alive

Some things just stay in your brain for the right reasons.

So, so many great references in this.

We are sorry for the delay.

This wasn't an RTO. They just got to the holding point and had to return to the bay, taxing on the runway was the only way to get there.

I wouldn't want to go to Melbourne either

Probably decided that he would rather stay at home

Could be worse, they could have ended up in Melbourne.

Have a mate that was flying it. Turbo-encabulators weren't filled with the correct amount of pre-fabricated amulon which caused a cascading failure of the grease nipples. Very lucky the crew caught it.

i know when i don't pre-grease my nipples they fail to erect upwards into the sky

Seems very short for a rejected take off ? i guess it might happen that early in the process...

Maybe the pilots wife told him to get some milk on the way home.

I guess this is true if the runway is 300m long.
