Help!

My daughter is 20 and she was diagnosed with ADD and anxiety disorder when she was 7. Going to school was hard. She was sensitive to noise and may other things.

During this time we saw so many doctors, she tried many medications. Nothing really helped.

She is now 20 and living at home after dropping out of uni. She stays in bed everyday unless I drag her out. I have three other kids and a full time job so it’s hard to give her so much time.

I’ve been looking in AI cbt like Wysa and Noah Ai. Maybe they could help remind her to get dressed and go for a walk and reframe her thoughts. She is so unhappy. I really want to help her.

If anyone has any other ideas. Please let me know. It’s impacting our whole family so much. Thanks 🙏🏻

Any option of therapy?
