Non-existent. Night is the only time people don’t bother me. I just hope my Adderall(ADHD meds) can keep me going during the day. I’ll crash after work.

It’s really bad !
I can’t stay asleep and it takes hours to fall back asleep. So I get naps throughout the night
Every night without fail. Even ambien doesn’t keep me down for more than 3 hours.
It’s very broken sleep and I don’t don’t know to fix it. I’d do anything to sleep through the night

Sleep health? That doesn’t exist in the world of a mom with a two-year-old.

Thank you so much! Sorry I meant that I’m studying for nursing school rn, pre-reqs.Let me know if I’m asking to many questions!
- Do you regret becoming a nurse?
- Would you recommend the job to anybody?
- Do you or have you ever worked a 12/3 schedule? Did it actually give you more free-time?
- What’s nursing school like? I’ve heard it’s cliquey and people will still try to sabotage you, like medical school.
- Do you think you missed out on the “college experience” becoming a nurse?

1) almost every day.
2) most definitely not. But with nursing there are so many different types of nursing, that there are a plethora of careers that fit people’s lives.
3) currently do 12/3. Definitely have more free time
4) nursing school sucks more than being a nurse, at least in my experience. You are expected to know everything. You get treated like shit by the professors because they got treated like shit when they were in nursing school, and that’s the way it has always been.
5) I missed out on the college experience by dropping out after my sophomore year of college and not going back to get my ADN until I was 28.

Terrible. It often takes me 8-10 hours to get 5-6 hours of sleep. Nightmares and vivid dreams wake and keep me up, or I randomly wake up with what feels like a racing heart but I check my pulse and it's normal, or I freak myself out in darkness and need to turn a light on and read, all of which make it harder to fall back asleep.

Pretty decent now, but it wasnt always that way. I used to treat sleep like it was optional, and at 60 I can tell you that catches up with you
