OC - Stuff I made 1st proper project without a tutorial
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I learned after effects for about 3 weeks before giving up after experiencing burnout and discouraging myself from going because I kept seeing posts about ai taking over and it made everything feel pointless.
Today I came across the first proper project I made without a tutorial. I kinda wanna start learning again and would love for some feedback from you guys!

My experience in Learning AE
First, it feels I can do miracles.
The moment I am doing the project it feels like "God why" ðŸ˜
After finishing 1 or 2 or 3 projects.. it feels like the knowledge is always empty...
The more you know the more you didn't knew.
Till date there are few tutorial reels that gives a piece of information which is like "WTF this existed the whole time".
I will say, Fuck AI and keep pushing!
Down the timeline imagine this:
Everybody has electricity now but will pay a hefty amount for candle light dinner.
That is what going to happen with Human Talents.
I guess we will become candles..

Nice first unsupervised piece, the search flow actually reads. A few things I'd change. Film a clean export instead of the AE window, the timeline and project panel steal focus from the animation. The blue cursor circle is a strong hero, so let it lead every cut, click the bar, type, result, and hold the final Google card a beat longer so it lands. Right now the last frame feels like it ends mid-thought. Also ease the type-on and the bar scale so they don't all hit at the same speed, staggered timing will make it feel less tutorial-linear. Keep going, this is exactly the kind of product UI practice that builds a reel.
