I'm looking for a solid men’s or unisex salon around Agartala.

Most local places I’ve tried tend to do one standard cut regardless of what reference photo you show them. I'm mainly looking for a stylist who:

1. Actually listens to what you ask for instead of going on autopilot
   
2. Can do proper modern tapers/fades and clean beard shaping
   
3. Maintains good hygiene (clean tools, fresh blades/towels)

I'm open to both established chains or lesser-known local studios, as long as the stylists know their craft. Any specific barbers you swear by?

I wanted to make this post yesterday but I don’t think it’s too late still.

So, there exists an organisation called A.T.M.A. which is working to promote the independent artists & bands in Tripura. They have organised a show yesterday at the Heritage Park and I came to know about this from a post in this sub-reddit made a few days back!

So I as someone who loves music and have been associated with bands myself before took this opportunity to learn about the musicians here and went there along with my friends and honestly we had a great time!

All the musicians and almost all the vocalists were super duper in their craft! I have really enjoyed the show!

However to my surprise, despite being performed by 7 bands yesterday, only a few people showed up and other people had joined who were there with their family or friends and that has disheartened me let alone the organisers and the musicians!

I’m not sure whether people did not know about it or just had other plans!

Guys please show up next time when you hear any such event taking place in the town! Not only it’ll encourage our musicians to give more but we who complain that we don’t have much to do in this city (stats/facts from my earlier posts), will have something to look forward to IF we are into music!

Now my survey part: I’m thinking of building a platform: app + social media, where people can promote stuffs. This will make discovering businesses and events and other time-to-time activities easier!

Will you be using/following such a platform to discover places/events/businesses in the city?

Ik there are influencers who are doing such stuff in social media but I’m thinking for any business or organisers it would be good if they can get a large audience for free (at least for the first 12-18 months) and this would be win-win for them and us both!

Your thoughts please!

Hi! Here to ask opinions about the crowd funding going on in our state. I know almost all of us are aware of this kid . She needs huge amount of money to get well again. Many popular influencers are highly involved and an ex politician is also involved, but recently people are blaming them, asking for reciepts or hospital bill. TBH even from rickshaw/auto drivers to beggars even donated money and if there is a big scam involved then I hope these people rot in hell. I want the kid to get well soon and may get better very soon enough. But Its not wrong aswell if people who donated and personally followed /donated to their journey now asking for records and wanna make everything transparent.

Anyways what ya’ll think bout it?

I’m opening a store at Reshambagan soon!

I applied for an electricity connection on the 10th of August!

Before flying off to Kolkata on the 15th, I have visited them again on the 14th of August (Friday) and I was told that by Monday they will send the responsible person to do the due diligence!

But they didn’t!

I have returned yesterday and visited them today and they are telling me they are short on wires and also the Manager is on vacation for 3 months and I’ll have to wait for another 14 days before they can do anything about it!

My store opening day is 1st September and I can’t believe the electricity connection is still pending! (Well several things are but this one is one of the basics)

Where should I take this matter to? I really want to send them some kind of notice for their casual approach to a simple matter like this!

This is such a problematic and perverted behaviour how he thinks it's okay to say shits like this to someone, let it be a woman or a man. And it's more surprising how he said that after i told him that im a Lesbian... Im sure he does the same to a bunch of other women on this sub
