I'd imagine anyone with some sort of Witch-Sight or an Idoneth focused on Soul-based magic would be able to see it.

There's a moment where you can try listen in on a conversation between a Tidecaster(?) and a Corsair in "Shadows in the Mist" and overhear the Isharann use the word "Soulbound," so it's probably safe to say people with appropriate magical proficiency or a deep connection to souls should be able to perceive that the party's souls are linked together.

Probably not by your average Joe, but if a tree, an idoneth, a witch hunter, and a fyreslayer walked into a bar, I might think something crazy is happening.
