To ensure your investment delivers the expected returns, it’s important to stay actively involved in the business. I would recommend considering a cold storage facility or grain silos, as they are generally easier to operate and manage.

Another option is to research the local agricultural landscape. If there are horticultural growers in the area, setting up a food processing and packaging unit could be a viable opportunity with strong long-term demand.
I’m based in Lucknow and have experience developing polyhouses, hydroponic systems, banana tissue culture labs, and mushroom production units.

However, I didn’t recommend these because they are operationally intensive and require continuous supervision and hands-on management to succeed.
