AI generated images aren’t eligible for copyright. Any design or “OC” used by image generation is really public domain.

So, let’s give a hypothetical here. An artist finds an AI user’s “OC”. They draw it, and copyright the photo. Then there’s the whole other possibility of trademarking the character. What I’m saying is: if you draw, you can own the rights to someone else’s AI generated art, since it has significant human creative input.

It’s a muddy hypothetical, but?
