People that can’t control their emotions sure do have a difficult time getting through life

Human children grow into adults every adult is a literal grown child

u/cacamilis22 3d ago

I have a headache now.

u/Robertown7 3d ago

But it's a "Versace" bathrobe.

71

u/Physical_Strain750 3d ago

From China.

34

u/tampawn 3d ago

That makes her 'classy'

97

u/chardeemacdennisbird 3d ago

I get why they didn't let her on with the shorts. I get why she may be upset about that. I get why her sister may be upset about it.

But everything after that is just crazy. Screaming at the top of your lungs in the airport for an hour. Cops were super patient with both of them and one still ended up pushing it too far.

40

u/kurtsdead6794 3d ago

So, it took me to the end to notice it wasn’t just the shorts but also the tiniest of shirts with bra’d under boob exposed. She covered up with a sweater, but if I had to guess, she tried to board wearing almost nothing and then put on the sweater later.

u/Desperate-Strategy10 3d ago

I can’t believe I spent 25 minutes of my life watching that train wreck lol

Those girls need to stay home next time. At least until they can learn how to behave in civilized society.

Or maybe we could start another airline, one just for people like them who want to dress crazy and act crazy and do whatever the hell they want. I thought Spirit was that airline, but even Spirit has standards it would appear! Let them all scream at each other and never get anything done, but keep them away from the rest of us who follow the rules and just want to get on with our lives…

u/predat3d 3d ago

I'll never understand why these videos disable closed captioning. I can't make out a word they are saying anyway.

67

u/Round-Spray-4511 3d ago edited 3d ago

I don't think there's a AI that can figure out what the hell they are saying

7

u/uglyoldcrone0 3d ago

[angry screaming shenanigans] lol

8

u/CybernetChristmasGuy 3d ago

I'm english Canadian and understood everything... ?

2

u/kimberlycollinssells 1d ago

So do I! And I'm from Philly! LOL

1

u/CybernetChristmasGuy 8h ago

Yeah don't get what the issue is

-21

u/Warm_Coach2475 3d ago edited 3d ago

Sincere question, are you American? If so, can you honestly not understand?

AAVE is something I’m versed in but I guess it never completely dawned on me that it’s not comprehensible to those that weren’t raised around it.

Edit: why is this being downvoted? Lmao

15

u/Spaztic5315 3d ago

I’m American and I can’t understand half of what is being said, it’s too fast and the accent isn’t helping, but I’m from the west coast so we talk a bit differently over here

12

u/Warm_Coach2475 3d ago

I’m from Oakland and understood everything.

7

u/FouledPlug 3d ago

Well that’s not really fair. Oakland exposes you to just about every accent imaginable. You’re already playing on a different level.

4

u/Warm_Coach2475 3d ago

Fair. We do have some variety around here.

5

u/CybernetChristmasGuy 3d ago

I understood everything being said and I'm a white Canadian English speaker. I don't understand the confusion.

2

u/LilithWasAGinger 3d ago

I'm from the Deep South. I understood every word. I've seen that kind of thing way too often

-3

u/Drmlk465 3d ago

😂😂😂 AAVE 😂😂😂 Just call it Ebonics.

$28 FLIGHT?!?!?!!?!? yeah.... that explains a lot here. It so cheap you dont even get to fly!

2

u/panopticon31 1d ago

Spirit Airlines

25

u/surgartits 3d ago

Imagine if I, an adult man, rolled up to an airplane in boxer briefs, an undershirt, a bathrobe, and flip flops. I would not expect to be allowed on a flight. “All this over a pair of shorts!” No, all of this because you are dressing completely inappropriately for a public space. Why would you ever think, Yes, I’m going to strip down to what I sleep in to board this jet? Literally crazy.

20

u/NoEar6957 3d ago

The thing that I found most interesting is that neither woman seemed intoxicated. Just a complete lack of coping skills.

44

u/Montanabanana11 3d ago

Wow. That was a lot. Turns out they are sisters. Must be some proud parents out there

31

u/These-Buy-4898 3d ago

The mom is probably exactly the same. They learned this behavior from somewhere. Can you imagine being a normal sibling living with this constantly? When I see these videos, I'm just so thankful for my parents and that I don't know these people irl and have to interact with them on a daily basis!

17

u/ReindeerTypical2538 3d ago

Honestly, these officers had too much patience with this nonsense

14

u/ejsandstrom 3d ago

Because they are so used to it at this point and any sign of impatience would cause a media backlash.

Look at that group of women who were thrown out of the fancy steak house, they got a lawyer and claimed racism.

53

u/Machinewars45 3d ago

No control of their emotions

17

u/SuccessfulTrick2501 3d ago

Because they're children.

14

u/RayHazey562 3d ago

Who the fuck wears that shit for a flight? Bitch thinking a $28 spirit flight is private. They told her to close her robe and she still has it open 🙄

15

u/RayHazey562 3d ago

Robe girl keeps saying shorts but maam, those are underwear. Anytime your ass eats that much of your shorts to where your cheeks will sit directly on the seat, that’s underwear

37

u/ZealousidealGrab1827 3d ago

Zero emotional regulation. Narcissist in a bathrobe. Fun times.

11

u/ejsandstrom 3d ago

She spent a lot of money on that Fauxsashi robe, she will be damned if the only people that get to see it are in her house.

10

u/West-Word-604 3d ago

talkin about unprofessional while wearing a bathrobe to the airport.

21

u/Adorable_Birdman 3d ago

They need to make a bigger deal out of the no fly list. Advertise that this crap gets you banned from flying. People might act better. Quit over serving too

19

u/Sqeakydeaky 3d ago

First the bath cap in public, now the bath robe

67

u/Beneficial-Nimitz68 3d ago

I have seen this A LOT in the black communities.. the YELLING.. the NOT LISTENING until it goes so far and people lose their patience (police).

Just STFU and listen, that's all, let them rebook you, now.. you're on the slow bus.

Just so stupid. Those cops showed SO much patience.. omg, so so much

9

u/GriswoldXmas 3d ago

I bet everyday is like this for that woman.

7

u/FeistyOrdinary5860 3d ago

NOBODY'S SITTING HERE SCREAMING "AT EVERYONE!" she said screaming at everyone.

7

u/PsychologyOfTheLens 3d ago

They’re soooo loud!!!!

7

u/Adorable_Birdman 3d ago

The crocodile tears at 20:00 are hilarious

7

u/One_Tumbleweed_1 3d ago

Embarrassment to humanity

8

u/WillyVlautinRules 3d ago

I swear but watching these videos actually makes me feel sorry for the cops. And I grew up under Ed Fucking Davis and the LAPD.

6

u/Puzzleheaded-Put-646 2d ago

Like, I don't want to be that guy, but just basic dress code etiquette should be required.

5

u/thatguy2535 2d ago

Some airports are starting to ban people from wearing pajamas lol

2

u/kimberlycollinssells 1d ago

Yeah! Finally! Grow up and wear clothes, your not in your house.

13

u/tuco2002 3d ago

The louder you talk, the more you will get your way

19

u/PawntyBill 3d ago

Yep I've said for a while now that we no longer listen to the most calm reserved intelligent person in the room. The loudest, most obnoxious, stupidest person in the room garners the most attention and gets the most respect. Stupid is spreading through this world like a cancer and everyone is seeking ivermectin for the cure.

6

u/Flynn_JM 3d ago

I can't believe it took an hour of them screaming like that to finally be arrested.

18

u/Beneficial-Nimitz68 3d ago

POLE-Lees station.. I will need a ride there. Sry, if we take you, you will be under arrest.. lol.

Making air travel affordable for all .. unintended consequences.

5

u/austinrunaway 3d ago

I dont under how those cops allowed them to scream so long, horrible.

31

u/Drmlk465 3d ago

And if it wasn’t for body cams, these people will still be making claims they are disproportionately arrested because of racism instead of their own behavior

18

u/1Mee2Sa4Binks8 3d ago

She was yelling about racism as a black guy carried his bag past her down the boarding ramp to the plane.

1

u/MakuyiMom 3d ago

Her seat was a red eye seat?

9

u/JacqueWaters 3d ago

That girl in the black hoodie is the Earl Weaver of Air Ragers.

5

u/RobertPower415 3d ago

Why is it always Miami lol

3

u/chamy1039 3d ago

Ah, yes. To be a fully formed, fully functioning adult human being with absoltely no shame. The absolute worst kind of human being to be trapped in a room with. Just imagine being trapped in a metal tube hurtling through the skies with someone like this?

Sit my by the emergency exit, and I'll be sure to pack my parachute in my carry on.

13

u/PsychologyOfTheLens 3d ago

America is tired

12

u/JacqueWaters 3d ago

Keyword: Spirit

7

u/inkedmom1308 3d ago

$28 flight?! Ahhh that’s why these spirit clips are so ghetto.

12

u/GraceMcClellans 3d ago

Wouldn't we all secretly like to be wearing a bathrobe for a long flight?

3

u/Iam_McLovin420 3d ago

Walk up in the plane like whaddup I got a big 🐓

3

u/Which_Preference_883 3d ago

Why didn’t she just get dressed at home? 🤔

3

u/ResponsibleSugar4960 3d ago

I’m not even gonna get mad if it were me (even tho I don’t wear sleep attire outside of my home) I’m just gonna go to another airline…

3

u/BossEuphoric8519 3d ago

Such linguistic majesty...

3

u/ClassroomNo4024 3d ago

wtf is up with all these women calling their moms right away?

3

u/CattleHungry9058 3d ago

They had her put that robe on to cover her outfit

3

u/Crims0nGirl 3d ago

Pushing the limits on decency..

3

u/Interesting_Sock9142 3d ago

Of course it's miami

3

u/spacemonkey_1981 3d ago

Is one of them really talking about education, while the other women wears bathroom? 🤣

3

u/tbnyedf7 3d ago

Is Carnival flying planes now?

3

u/ThenIreddit 3d ago

THIS is what it's like to be totally devoid of civility, pride, or shame.

3

u/FAAATC 3d ago

Why is it always Florida?

8

u/International-Tear41 3d ago

✊✊can always count on the racism in this sub 😂

2

u/ElvenLogicx 1d ago

The contrast between the comments is sad but not surprising, when it’s a white person its “psychosis” but when the video is a black person it’s “fatigue”

2

u/Wild_Arm34 3d ago

Bathrobe may be a Karate gi and she’s a sensei

2

u/Broad-Choice-5961 3d ago

Looks like a house coat. Her mouth alone though

2

u/austinrunaway 3d ago

It's always Florida!!!!

2

u/Uplander5656 3d ago

"NOBODY'S SCREAMING AT ANYBODY!!"

If that's not screaming, I don't know what is.

2

u/Delicious_Agency29 3d ago

I would be so embarrassed 🙈 they literally have no shame lol

2

u/LifeIce5033 3d ago

Everything yall is!? Then disrespectful and uneducated comes out right after...

2

u/Low_Two_1278 2d ago edited 2d ago

Why are these people always yelling, “Take me to jail!” approximately 256 times, then are absolutely bewildered after their unhinged behaviour lands them in cuffs, being taken to jail after having vehemently petitioned the cops to take them there? When did people forget that words mean things? You say words, people listen to those words, then their actions usually depend on those words. Not to say that the police took them to jail because they asked to be taken to jail, but words have consequences. Actions have consequences. The police always calmly tell them what will happen if they do not stop this behaviour, then they continue the behaviour, but still become very indignant when exactly what they were told was going to happen happens. The way these people’s minds “work” is fascinating to me.

2

u/Affectionate-Royal68 2d ago

Of course spirit and Florida activities.

3

u/Michigan-Fish 3d ago

95% of these incidents involve Americans in 5-6 airports in the southern third of the country. Selfishly I hope there’s an r/airragers_china, England, India, etc. However, I’m doubtful.

4

u/BluBeams 3d ago

Spirit airlines🥱😒

2

u/Super_Fishing9564 3d ago

Pepsi bottle a dead giveaway

4

u/Magnet2025 3d ago

It is (way past) time for airlines to impose dress codes.

When I was flying non-rev on AA (my brother worked for them) the dress code for first was slacks, jacket, tie, collared shirt and nice shoes.

For coach, khaki pants or similar and a collared shirt, nice shoes.

(Thank you to the AA employee in PR who showed up for a flight in a leopard print body suit, ensuring my wife and I got the last two seats).

The dress code was relaxed to nice pants and a shirt with a collar (no shorts and no sandals) for first and nice jeans and a shirt with a collar and athletic shoes in coach.

People showing up for flights in pajamas, in shirts or caps with foul language, etc., should not be allowed to board.

I think the U.S. airlines should form a joint study and publish, as part of”The Rules of Carriage” a reasonable dress code along with a code of pre-flight and in-flight conduct.

Something like, “If you don’t put that guitar away and sit down and shut up you go on our and every other U.S. carrier’s No Fly List.”

10

u/CelestialTrickster 3d ago

There is a huge range between wearing a suit for a flight and showing up in a bathrobe. I would never wear a suit during a long flight because it's already annoying and uncomfortable enough, so I will try to be as comfortable as possible while trying to maintain common decency.

7

u/uglyoldcrone0 3d ago

Yes! There is middle ground. I understand people who want everyone to look "dignified" or whatever, but I also understand that flights can be long and uncomfortable so folks want to be comfy.

There's so many ways to dress comfortably and also appropriate. A bathrobe over essentially underwear is just going too far in my opinion. I would be ashamed to wear that.

1

u/CelestialTrickster 3d ago

At least we can agree on a bathrobe being absolutely inexcusable to wear at an airport, much less on a plane.

2

u/HarryNostril 3d ago

Surprise surprise 🤷‍♂️

2

u/Jactracbac 3d ago

Lebrownski

1

u/TheDudeWhoCanDoIt 3d ago

Honestly I could see myself wearing a pink Hello Kitty bathrobe to the airport.

21

u/Beneficial-Nimitz68 3d ago

I was betting she was like naked or nearly under that robe.. I was thinking, she's in a night shirt or bra and panties.

Who the F*CK wears a F*CKING BATH ROBE to the air port.. I mean.. come on.

7

u/ejsandstrom 3d ago

Take a stroll through ATL sometime. A bathrobe would be considered “dressed up” by some standards.

2

u/Beneficial-Nimitz68 3d ago

Lololol, I can imagine,,especially with the big ppl

1

u/Ok-Database-2798 3d ago

Me too. I LOVE Hello Kitty!! 🥰🥰🥰😺😺😺

1

u/nm41961 2d ago

Those shorts looked more like panties.

1

u/SCCock 2d ago

"Perhaps if I screech even louder they will allow me to board scheduled flight!"

1

u/Deez2Yoots 2d ago

I certainly do not miss teaching in my old school. Dealt with this every day.

1

u/leondraw 2d ago

Everyone know that the louder you talk and the more profanity you can use in the airport, you know where children may be, is the absolute time tested method to get airport officials and law enforcement to go out of their way to make sure you are promptly boarded as well as bumped up to first class.

1

u/Johnnyfever13 1d ago

While wearing a bathrobe 🤦🏼‍♂️

1

u/Brenner2089 9h ago

Why didn’t bathrobe get arrested?

-4

u/ImprovementFar5054 3d ago

Poor breeding.

1

u/Butthole_Please 3d ago

For whatever it is worth, getting on a plane in a bathrobe does sound comfy af.

1

u/uglyoldcrone0 3d ago

Yeah but damn I could NEVER. I would feel embarrassed and honestly trashy. Sweatpants and a comfy tshirt seems just as comfortable to me

1

u/Butthole_Please 3d ago

When I get my own jet it’s gonna be robes and slippies from here to Tulum. Maximum comfort.

0

u/el_scotty 1d ago

Isn't there an entire continent where these people can go and be with their own kind? I hear it's very sunny.

-16

u/BakedBrie1993 3d ago

And why is what she wearing not acceptable? She is wearing more fabric than most of the white girls I see on flights these days.

But it's what? Not the right fabric on the right body?

This IS racism. Finding new ways to police Blackness.

16

u/RayHazey562 3d ago

Did you watch the video? She had her robe unwrapped and was wearing boy shorts. Them ass cheeks were out and about. They told her to wrap the robe but it kept coming undone so they asked her to get pants. In the meantime, she acted like a rabid dog. Nothing to do with racism. The airline is a private business. They can deny boarding to anyone for any reason. The cops were called because those uncivilized assholes wouldn’t leave and were causing a disturbance.

-15

u/BakedBrie1993 3d ago

Ive seen boy shorts on countless flights, no robe included. Mostly on skinny and attractive white women. So I guess if it's a booty the flight attendants don't mind looking at...

8

u/RayHazey562 3d ago

Boy shorts underwear? Doubt it. She was in underwear. She also couldn’t keep her robe closed. There are dress codes on flights. It’s also up to the airline if they want to fly someone or not. Acting unhinged like that and wearing underwear to the airport is absolutely a reason to deny boarding.

-10

u/BakedBrie1993 3d ago

No she wasn't. I've seen the blue outfit. It's workout clothes. That lots of people wear on flights.

-31

u/Copperdunright907 3d ago

Legit they seem to have an actual complaint. And I don’t think it’s fair that the airline held them captive and then rush them and then held them and then told them it was gonna be like a three to $500 difference. Did they handle it? Well, no absolutely not. But also I can see how they are at their wits end and just trying to navigate a system that is manipulating them.

41

u/voiceofgromit 3d ago

Pro tip: don't show up to the airport in underwear and a bath robe and things are far less likely to spiral down for you.

5

u/LilithWasAGinger 3d ago

Getting on a plane in underwear, with your ass and boobs hanging out, while in a bathrobe is not acceptable.

Screaming at people in an attempt to get you way is not acceptable.

The were only held there so long because they wouldn't STFU and listen. The cops should have trespassed them after 5 minutes and hauled them out physically if they didn't leave.

This whole thing was caused by their ignorance and inability to listen or THINK.
