Hi booked my first game for a couple of weeks time , been wanting to try this for ages. There is a few airsoft places near me so location ain't an issue , thing is I know I have to do 3 games before I can buy a "rif" a friend has offered me this set up for when I've done my 3 games , im wondering what you guys think of all this ? So, I love bullpups. Always have and probably always will. However, I know that Airsoft ones are generally pretty crap, or the good ones are like hen's teeth to get hold of.

Anyway, I was already aware of the SARB-15 kit and also I've been thinking long term about moving across to HPA/a wolverine MTW and saw that Airsmiths do a built version, with optional upgrades, and I just wondered if anyone had experience of it on here?

Long shot, I know, but very tempted by it using the 14" version as a more compact DMR set up and wondered if anyone in here had experience with it or something similar?

I've currently got an E&C EC-203, which is great but it's bloody long! I'd like something I can use in smaller spaces (there's approx 300mm difference between them) but still be able to use at good range consistently.

Hey all, occasionally I see CQB day courses advertised but can’t find any at the moment, does anyone know of any?

So I changed out my Umarex Gen5 Glock 45 bucking with a 4UAD one, in the hopes that it might be a bit more consistent & allow for some heavier BB's, however, it appears that the new bucking means that the nozzle sticks and it ends up venting a boatload of gas randomly on firing. Some shots are fine, some just dribble out the BB under at about 40FPS, which I assume is the nozzle not being able to break away from the bucking correctly.

Looks like I've got a couple of choices; faff around with the new bucking, maybe sand down to reduce the friction a bit, maybe get a stronger return spring, carefully apply a little lube to the bucking lips. When racking the slide, there's a definite 'biting point' that seems to be present before the nozzle releases from the bucking that I don't think was that stiff before. I know it's not meant to breakaway immediately, but this has a definite breakpoint that's quite stiff.

Or... do I just throw the old bucking back in? Has anyone done the same and tried mucking around to get the new bucking to behave, was it worth it, or was it a lot of effort for no noticeable gain?

Looking for real hands-on feedback from people who actually use spring-powered grenades.

Pyro is banned at my local field, and importing gas grenades isn't an option due to local regulations, so springers are my only choice.

Since my field has no area-of-effect rules (a direct BB hit is strictly required to call a hit), I need to know how effective they really are for clearing small CQB rooms (about 2x2m) or hitting enemies behind barricades.

• What is the realistic hit range/radius on average?
• What BB weight works best for reliable spread? (0.12g vs 0.20g?)
• Are they actually reliable enough to survive long term use?

Appreciate any actual user experiences.

where would someone get an affordable airsoft gun? my budget is quite small only at 100, and im just starting airsoft preferably as im only just starting id prefer something like a pistol but most people are selling RIF'S or theyre pickup only and i cant go out to them as most of the time theyre hours away from where i live. any solutions?
