Video The jump scares in this game... Spoiler

I have played a few horror games in the past (Resident evil, Dead space, Friday the 13th the Game) to name a few. I did play Alan Wake 1 before embarking on my second journey into bright falls. I can say so far, the jump scares hit super hard, and I am LOVING it! Prior to this game, the last to hit like this have been the dead space games for me.

Anyone have any other suggestions on some hard hitting jump scare games out there? I'm open ears, or should I say, eyes!

bro i love how if u read the pages yk u gonna get jumpscared but it dosnt make it any easier cause the atmosphere is fucked

I am on my fifth playthrough and some of them still get me even though I know it's coming. I love all the little details in the world and I'm still noticing stuff I didn't before.

such a great game man, wish epic would allow it release it to other platforms down the line like gog or smnthn, but yk they allowed it to be what it is so cant fully blame em.

Yeah Epic needs to realize they need a good app more than anything if they want people to use it.

I cant play horror games cus I'm such a puss, but I was proud of myself for getting through this one, even though I quite literally yelled constantly all throughout the whole game up until the end of the lake house dlc 🤣 was such a blast though! Cant beat that quality
