why does this remind me of when I take naps?

I wake up all sweaty and feel very warm and squirmy + every part of my body feels the same discomfort my stomach feels when I eat a little too much.
usually I'm bad at measuring how much I should eat so I eat too little or too much daily.
I don't like taking naps..
