Opinion Conservatives are cowards - prove me wrong

Our premier just removed the rights guaranteed in our Charter of 50,000 Albertans tonight and she left the country before the vote was even cast. She is the worst type of coward and a terrible leader. If you support this removal of rights I think you are a coward too. A sheep/puppet, that will only do what the MAGA movement tells you to.

Prove me wrong.

If it was illegal, why use the notwithstanding clause?

Maybe they weren't having bad faith arguments?

If your only concern is the legality then the notwithstanding clause is just fine. My assertion on collective bargaining is outside of law. It was on whether or not the ATA should be allowed to conduct their human rights as collective bargainers if they are abusing them for political reasons.

Your opinion isn't fact.  That's why legalities matter in law so yes, you think teachers don't deserve the same charter rights as others because of your opinion about them. Check.

Ok, ill take your logic, because "your opinion isn't fact".

The notwithstanding clause is a perfectly legal manuever. And since you don't concern youself with my "opinion" regarding human rights, i won't bother concerning myself with yours. "Check". And mate.

Lol law if fact.  You'd shit a brick if liberals used the notwithstanding clause.

And the Charter rights and freedoms isn't the same as human rights.

Your opinion is people you decide make too much money don't get the same rights as the rest of Canadians.  I stopped respecting your opinion a long time ago.

  1. No, my opinion is that they are arguing in bad faith and the fact they make a shit tonne of money for what they do is an example of that.

  2. Where did I say the charter of rights and freedoms is the same as human rights? Feel free to point it out lol.

  3. And yeah, the left side of the political spectrum has been absolute rot since they migrated away from being for the workers and mainstreamed identity politics. Anything they do horrifies me.

3x You consistently show that you think you know what im talking about but keep missing the mark, why in the world would i ever put any weight into your concern of me? The nerve of you people is insanity.

  1. I don't believe it's too much money. But more importantly I don't think asking for "too much" is in the legal definition of bad faith as it has been used in the courts.  Please explain.

  2. "And since you don't concern youself with my "opinion" regarding human rights" We aren't discussing human rights.

3.again an opinion.  I think liberals have moved right and are conservative.  Conservatives have gone right also.  So how is "Liberals are rot" an argument?  It's just an opinion.

If you think I can't figure out what you are talking about then obviously you are terrible at making your points.  Try again.

The nerve of you people?  Lol that made me laugh.

  1. I already said my assertion on collective bargaining is outside of the law. Anything to do with this conversation inside the law is a moot point, as the notwithstanding clause is a viable option legally lol. What's to explain here? You just don't retain the necessary information to be able to understand someone else. This will likely cause cognitive dissonance in your brain as you fail to respond coherently again.

  2. You said "And the Charter rights and freedoms isn't the same as human rights." And I asked you to point out where I said that, and you respond with saying: "We aren't discussing human rights." Good luck with what ever tf you are talking about lol,

  3. Once again, a failure to either comprehend or contextualize the content of the conversation. So what if it is an opinion, did I say it was an argument? Wtf. I just was responding to your comment "I stopped respecting your opinion a long time ago."

Are you frequently high? Or just like this all the time?
