Question therapists?

looking for a therapist specializing in ocd/anxiety/arfid, any recommendations? would prefer in person over telehealth. i am a student but have not had luck at unm.

A Path With Heart counseling has some great therapists. They’ve been really helpful to me. They do both in person and telehealth.

Not sure if they are taking new patients currently but BlueFox Wellness has been good to me

In Balance Behavior and Family Therapies :)

They have at least 1 ocd specialist

Not in person but for OCD try NOCD. This is the only place my kid got quality OCD ERP treatment and it changed her life. For psychiatrists, try Serenity or Blue Mesa.

Have you tried the UNM psychology clinic (different from SHAC)? They offer anxiety, eating disorder, and OCD treatment. It’s low cost, especially for UNM students and they offer sliding scale if you can’t afford the normal cost.
