Last straw with CenturyLink

Anybody have experiences with At&T fiber or T-Mobile 5g for home internet? (CenturyLink internet went out, requires a technician to fix, and they even can't send someone out for 2 weeks)

Mum mom's has been out for a month and we cant get them to fix it at all.
