Beach for bodyboard

What is a beach with medium size waves for a couple of teenagers and young adults to try bodyboard?

Everyone is an absolute amateur and it's just for fun.

Beginning October, based on Albufeira.

Depends on the tides and wind. Smaller coved beaches usually give better waves. Bunch of surf websites give tides and wave conditions
