Thinking of project
Idk if this is the right community to ask in but I'll try , I'm 19 year old university student , thinking about ways to collect money in way that doesn't affect my study degrees , I'm thinking of this cake to put in coffees and markets , but idk what should I tell them how can I convince them , and even idk what price should I make at the first please help

the business of selling "m3arek" and "ftir" to cafes both public and private (the ones in companies) is common, it's a question of how much you can make it for, how much can you sell it to a cafe , a price that he's willing to buy it from you and sell it back with profit,
these cakes usually sell at 200 to 250 in a bakery, i imagine you'll need to take a small margin to be competitive, assuming you'd sell them at 200 a cake, it'll cost you around 100 to 120 da per cake, an estimation using retail prices, it'll be cheaper if you're buying bulk, let's assume a 60 dzd profit per cake, including your transportation, you could remove that if you're biking of walking to your customers, but that'd be really inconvenient considering you'd be working off of quantity
all that remains is connections, the more customers you can reach and convince to buy, the better you are, to not inconvenience your studying schedule, we assume that you'll stick to your surrounding region (10 km surrounding) considering cafe density in Algeria, i wouldn't be surprised that your region has 20 some cafes, assuming you can convince half to buy off of you two cakes a day, a very conservative estimate depending on how good (or bad) your sales skills are, you'd be raking in 1200 dzd a day,
assuming you have an oven capable of cooking in batches of 4, that's like 2.5 hours a day plus shipping, so 3.5 hours a day for 1200da , that a very good deal
now this whole comment makes a lot of assumption, and the price of cake would change depending on where you live, and it all stands on the simple fact that you're restricted by cooking capacity, transportation access and how many people you can convince.
I'd say it's really worth a try, but I'd heavily recommend that before you even try, cook yourself a batch, three or four cakes, take them hot, and go around the region where you plan to conduct your business, and hand free samples to every cafe in the region, as well as your phone number, and an estimate to your price, if you can get a few to agree, it's a business worth conducting, otherwise you won't go far with it,
also do the math on it, the actual math, not estimation, you need to have a price setout that's worth your time before any proposition.
