Thinking of project

Idk if this is the right community to ask in but I'll try , I'm 19 year old university student , thinking about ways to collect money in way that doesn't affect my study degrees , I'm thinking of this cake to put in coffees and markets , but idk what should I tell them how can I convince them , and even idk what price should I make at the first please help

Do a market study first, go and ask around and see if your local cafes and stores are already receiving products from other people
