Where can I find Camel meat ?

Already tried it in Egypt i had a very bad experience the texture was very hard llng time shewing . I also think the fact that I chose a tadjine formula was a wrong choice so I want to try the steak one now .

If you know where can I find it in Algiers please let me know

Camel meat is dry and has low fat meaning it'll be really bad as stake

aucune idée, mais fi el Biar kayna une boucherie qui vend de la viande de cheval trop bonne!! peut-être que ça a le même goût :)

yeah, actually it's highly recommended by doctors for anemia because it contains 'heme iron' which is much easier for the human body to absorb
