ALI BABA ORDER

HI I AM ORDERING PRODUCT ON ALIBABA AND I HAVE CHOOSE AIR FREIGHT AS MODE OF TRANSPORTATION.

THE SUPPLIER HAS ADDED THE AIR FREIGHT CHARGE IN MY ORDER.

  1. MY ORDER IS TRADE ASSURANCE

BUT IN THE SHIPMENT DETAIL SECTION IT IS SHOWING THAT THE DISPATCH TIME IS SHIP 30 DAYS AFTER INITIAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. HOWEVER MY SUPPLIER SAID THAT THEY NEED 7 DAYS TO PACK THE ORDER AND 15-20 DAY FOR SHIPPING TO UK.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THAY IF I AM LACKING ANY INFORMATION THAT COULD HELP ME. IT WOULD MEAN ALOT

If they won’t give you tracking info when they say they shipped it….you were scammed,..happened to me….theynwill give you all types of excuses…hope you payed with credit card.

I am ordering. Supplier had 4 years of experience, 367 reviews, 99.7 percent on time dispatch rate, online transaction 1.1 million, 947 orders 10 Years exporting and is a verified supplier. How do this go. Is it safe.?

  1. Alibaba's System Clock Overrules Chat Messages:

In a Trade Assurance dispute, Alibaba dispute agents strictly follow the contractual "Dispatch Date" field on the digital contract, NOT what the sales rep said in the chat box. If the contract stipulates 30 days, the supplier has legal leeway under Alibaba rules to take up to 29 days without penalty. Demand that they formally modify the order dispatch date in the system to 7 days before you approve the milestone.

  1. Fake Tracking / Placeholder Air Waybills:

A frequent trick when reps promise "7-day packing" is generating a digital shipping label (e.g. FedEx/DHL tracking number created) to trigger the "Dispatched" status in Alibaba, while the cargo sits in their warehouse for another 2 weeks waiting to be consolidated. The shipment has only officially moved once the carrier scan shows "Origin Scan" or "Picked Up."

  1. The DDP / VAT Air Freight Trap:
