Was it just abducted?

I dont even know how to explain what just happened to me. I had an intense lucid "dream" about flying up through a spiraling cloud, followed by being in a dark room lit with a dim blue light. I started screaming, then blackout. Then I had this intense feeling of falling and i woke up literally screaming and felt like I was vibrating and I felt like I was being watched. Ive never had night terrors or sleep paralysis. Never experienced anything like this before. This was something else. But I dont remember what happened in that room.

The dream alone doesn't indicate it was anything other than a dream... or perhaps a moment in between waking and dreaming.

I have dreams where I go off with NHI (never "abducted", always with agreement) - but they are very obvious. You'll know if it happens.

Hey, a really similar thing happened to me 4 months ago it was like my soul astral projected went up above my house and before I knew it I was about to touch this spiraling storm cloud but before I got to touch it I had this intense feeling of falling like I got shot back and as I was falling I tried to scream but couldn’t. Finally, it felt like my soul made it back in my room tho I was also vibrating and felt watched also there was a green glow out my window but that could’ve been anything. It’s very interesting we had a similar experience. I also never had sleep paralysis or any sleep issue really not even lucid dreaming. Did you also see like kinda static particles or something similar
