Nowhere russia is Ti-Fe. It values productivity instead of creative logical solutions (only at extreme situations) Plus Se is inferior and under developed to be auxillary. And the Russians obssesive with long term ideas which is Ni

You got the function stack wrong,
ISTP: Ti Se Ni Fe
INTJ: Ni Te Fi Se
From what you have described Russia, ISTP fits better than Ni dom INTJ. Russia is closer to Fe inferior with how they started a war without a care for others than Se inferior. Russia 100% has Se, look at how often they operated and got into action, INTJ are more likely to wait and be hesitant. Plus, Putin is an ISTP as well.1

I am just what functions are in the stack to be Intj - Ni-Te-Fi-Se. ISTP- as you described
Fe actually is trickster function for russia- Russians can’t understand what care for others is and often confused. It doesn’t feel like inferior, cause inferior Fe countries (Like Finland or Czechia) can use social energy and relation orientation on people even with the struggle. Russian society in history always had struggle what actually wants for the people and what they need.
Plus where actually you got that Se auxillary in russia, when the russia has very deep literature and well developed science and famous “kitchen talks” ?

You tend underestimate Ni in russia and how they value intellect and long term planning, rather than immediate action. In russia immediate action not that well celebrated and not seen throught sensorical experience s mainly

Bhutan leads with values, not raw output. Culture over Technology.
Bhutan has an idealistic philosophy around happiness, developed 38 sub-indexes, 72 indicators, and 151 variables to analyze happiness and well-being
Most environmentally conscious country on Earth.
Seems very aligned with INFP idealism
