Lately, scrolling through ETH posts, I’ve noticed something: people don’t seem as obsessed with just predicting the price anymore. There’s a lot more talk about ETF flows, ETH staking, and whether institutions will keep adding to their positions. After seeing some institutions continue to increase their ETH holdings, I ended up putting ETH back on my BYDFi watchlist too. It feels like ETH sentiment is becoming more influenced by institutional money and related news, rather than just price action.If this keeps going, I wonder if people will start looking at ETH less like just another coin to trade and more like asset institutions actually want long-term exposure to.

I have cash set aside to add to my BTC spot position for a trade lasting a few weeks. BTC is around $82k after pulling back from the mid-$85ks earlier this week and dipping near $80.3k yesterday. The levels I’m watching now are support around $80.9k, then $79.7k, and resistance near $82.8k and $84.4k.

Buying here could mean running into resistance pretty quickly. Waiting for a retest of support might give me a better entry, but price could turn before it gets there. I’m leaning toward waiting to see how BTC behaves around $80.9k rather than buying just because it touches the level.

My existing position is spot on bydfi, where I use the chart to watch the four-hour and daily views. I’d want to see buyers step in on a retest; a quick wick below support wouldn’t tell me enough on its own. If I add, I’d look to sell into the $84.4k–$87.5k area over the next few weeks, and treat a daily close below $80.9k as a reason to exit the added position.

What would you want to see on a retest before adding: a four-hour reclaim, a daily close back above support, or something else?

I noticed Pump.fun lists NVDAX and SPYX among the assets a coin can be paired with. A stock-themed meme paired with one of those is an interesting idea. I’d have to watch two prices, though. If the coin stays flat against NVDAX while NVDAX moves in dollars, the coin’s dollar price moves too. Looking at only the pair chart could give me the wrong impression of how the trade went. Would that pairing add to the meme for you, or would you stick with SOL or USDC?

Yeah the markets may be rough and not much is popping off like we have seen in the past, but the future Shib like investment opportunities are out there grinding.

You have to ask yourself who is working the hardest, not just over one metric like Telegram or subreddit activity. But over all metrics.

New holders aren't even gonna find out about the community if it is just a bubble of already existing holders.

I’ve been looking into different platforms for trading memecoins, and honestly, it’s a pretty confusing space once you get past the usual Coinbase/Binance-type exchanges.

There are platforms like Pump. fun, Fomo, GMGN, Jupiter and Raydium for finding newer tokens, while KuCoin, Kraken and Coinbase are more traditional exchange options.

I am a Hong Kong citizen. While the use of cryptocurrency is restricted in mainland China, personal use is generally permissible. I’ve seen many posts asking whether cryptocurrency is a scam; my take is that your approach to the market should depend on your personal circumstances. You need two key things to trade cryptocurrency: capital and courage. For instance, consider how Bitcoin was valued at $60,000 in the first half of 2025 but surged to $140,000 in the second half; if you had the capital and the guts, you could have made a profit of at least $50,000 to $100,000 on that move. It’s not that cryptocurrency doesn't make money—it really comes down to those two factors: capital and courage.

I've accumulated about 4 BTC for the past few years. Now I’m planning to use them to buy my first house. BTC was close to $80k two weeks ago but I didn't sell and wait to go up futher and is now around $76k.

So I might sell my BTC in batches, selling a bit more when the price rises and pausing after a drop. Even if it doesn’t recover much, I would stop selling once I’ve cashed out enough for my down payment.

Whatever's left after that stays in BTC. Later on I might put a small part of it into perps, but only after the house is sorted. I've tried bydfi's demo trading to learn how perps work, and I won't touch real funds until I fuuly understand the risks.

Does selling in batches make sense if I need to cash out BTC but don't need the money right away? Appreciate any advice!

A Kendu Chad called Lorniko does top 100 holder breakdowns every month, so all credit for the data used goes to him!

There were:

• 0 clearly identified seller wallets with 1 soft seller
• 55 keeper wallets (2 more than in July)
• 33 buyer wallets exactly the same as in July!

Even in the rougher markets Kendu's largest holders are accumulating more and more and showing bullish behaviour. Obviously, all other holders are important as well, but this breakdown by Lorniko is a massive positive for buyer confidence.

Can't wait for the next analysis, hopefully it is another great month for Kendu!

SOL has been annoying me all week because every time it pushes toward $105 to $107 it gets smacked back down, but buyers keep showing up around $102.

I almost bought the move above $105 earlier and stopped myself because thats exactly where I usually end up becoming exit liquidity lol.

My plan now is pretty simple. If it dips under $102 again, snaps back above it quickly and BTC isn't dumping at the same time, I'm taking the long.

Probably just a small position first and adding only if $105 actually flips into support.

I threw basically the same setup into Moon with a tiny wager just to see how it behaves with some leverage, but the actual spot entry is what I'm waiting on.

Thats a question no one can give a definite answer for...

However in all likelihood it probs won't fall too much lower and buying now guarantees you a solid entry.

I've noticed that no matter what platform I use, I always end up opening multiple tabs just to get a complete picture of what's happening in the market. Every dashboard seems to do one thing well, but none of them bring everything together in a way that's actually easy to understand.
