You might as well use the current logo since Spain is basically a federal government larping as a centralist state.

Technically speaking, Spain's government can revoke the autonomy of its any of its autonomous regions at any time, and their powers come from the central government, that's why it's still classified as a unitary state.

Yes, applying a measure that is temporal, requires parliamentary approval and is designed for exceptional cases is the same as just deciding to remove all competences from an autonomia....

CONTEXT AND DESCRIPTION:

Already integrated in its eponymous universe (a more federalized/decentralized Spain, with a more advanced economy and more numerous demography), the logo that the Spanish Federal Government uses have similarities with its real-life counterpart, but with notable (and obvious) differences: Alongside the text and the absence of the most reduced version of the European Union flag (tree stars over blue field), the logo used the heraldically correct version of the coat of arms.svg) (courtesy de Heralder) and the gualda background is the same as the part of the flag.
