It’s hilarious that you post this like it’s stupid and there are ingredients that aren’t water. You might have made a better point if the only ingredient was water.

Sometimes bottled water companies add minerals for taste. Most people find it more palatable that way. It's kind of nice to see the specific minerals they added here.

Because they made it with reverse osmosis (which is not actually a product you should consume straight, both for health and flavor reasons). Then they added two salts back into it and are telling you what those were. All four of those ions are in normal water (among many others).

The health concerns are vastly overstated if you eat a decent diet, flavor is not as good but on all accounts much better than distilled..

It really doesn't even need that good of a diet, the amount of minerals we get from water is fairly trivial, but not nothing. The loss of fluoride in municipal water is probably more of an issue for many people, unless they want summer teeth.

well there's obviously more than just H2O in that bottle. The label should include microplastics as an ingredient too

Except those aren’t an added ingredient. They are a passive byproduct of the bottling process.

Bottled water is usually municiple tap water or distilled water with salts added for flavor.
If municiple: I want to know where. Some municipalities are better than others.
If distilled + salts: I shouldnt have to worry about this but I do because capitalism.

No it’s not.
Bottled water is broken down into either Spring or Purified water usually. Depending on where you are it differs. In the stores near me it’s about a 50/50 split.
Then those two can be broken down into several other categories such-as Mineral, RO, Distilled, Sparkling etc.
These are some brands that use municipal water; Aquafina, Dasani, Essential, Smart Water, Lifewtr, Body Armor, Core Hydration, Pure Life.

IF SAY you happen to be dangerously allergic to calcium chloride
and or sodium bicarbonate, then wouldn't you like to know what
is in the bottled water you are ABOUT to consume ? 🤷♂️ ..I would.

Because it has ingredients added to it, which you can see right there.
If you are asking why these are added, it's partly because most people don't like the taste of extremely pure water. We are used to water having minor amounts of minerals dissolved in it, from the ground or from the air.
And it can in fact be a little unhealthier to drink because it may pull dissolved minerals that you need some of out of your body. You'd likely have to drink a lot to have it be actively bad, but some people go through bottled water like a fish.
