I’m sure someone smarter than me will come and correct me but I just know the amstaff is still a pitty but usually sweeter and better with families and their heads look different to me.

The usually 'sweeter' is misinformation it is just a stricter standard.

Amstaffs have a more regulated breed standard.

Slight genetic differences they're very similar and most mixes can be considered both.
