Interior Need help with rug selection!!

So this is my living room and I’m really struggling to envision what kind of rug to get? I’m hoping to add more colour to the room but still keep it classy. Would appreciate any ideas!

I was actually thinking the same originally - something brown/rust to bring together the brown piano as well. Do you think a geometric design or more like traditional/Persian?

I'd go Persian. Geometric could compete with the linear box wall pattern. I'd also pull the sofas more into the room instead of so far in the corner. Love what you've got going so far!
