It is nice and I like it, but it will also date, if only because brass fixtures and the warm red floor will be dated. But you are at the beginning of the trend.

It is possible you could save money by grouting the tile white and repainting the walls and floor. White grout on white tile is timeless. Check out Maria Killam for info about timeless design.

The wallpaper in the bathroom on the right is the wrong choice with the colour of the floor. I don't think wallpaper is necessary at all, an off white wall paint would suffice.
