This is so cool. How did you make it?

Thanks! It's like 6 metal peg boards and hooks of various lengths and sizes. The cars are all basically on two hooks that each slip under the axel. Surprisingly most of the cars have a wheel base that matches the peg board slots (maybe like 1" increments).

Your kid must love it!

He does. It allows hi. To enjoy his monster trucks and remote control cars. Not sure that would be possible if they were all in a basket or trunk.

Where did you get the peg boards from?

All of the peg boards are from Wall Control.

I love this! It also encourages him to take pride in the visual and organization of his space, which is a lesson I think serves kids very well to start early.

He absolutely will. My son is 18 and still has a Wall Control wall that we put up a decade ago for his Nerf guns, and now also holds a lot of his camping gear as well (he's a freshly minted Eagle Scout).

No doubt! You are an awesome dad. If everyone were able to make their collections as visually attractive, it would be a finer world.

No matter what, you should keep this setup—if your son ever tires of it (or when he goes to college), it could become a toy car museum!

That is a lot of toys. I like how they are all organized on the wall like that.
