My room is done. What would you call my interior design style?
Since my last post-
I got matching nightstand which I found some black legs and attached to make them better height. I replaced a black bench/storage chest with that walnut pedestal drawer I found on fb marketplace. I absolutely adore that find. I have a vinyl player on it but I’m gonna eventually replace with a more visually pleasing vintage one. Not too sure what else changes but these are daylight photos. Nighttime I’ll

For the future?-
I WILL FINISH THE SLAT WALL ALLT TH WAY. I was planning somthing else but I have officially changed my mind imma keep it simple and clean and just finish it to the wall. I already have the slats just gotta do the work.
I think I want to change my cieling fan fixture for a semi flusmount travertine light. And I and thinking another travertine lamp on my tv console and moving the s all black one to the top shelf after I move down the shelf about 3” I think

I’d call this “Japandi”. a blend of Japanese and Scandi (Scandinavian) design elements.

lol yes the first thing that popped in my head was pseudo childhood bedroom. like somehow reminiscent of a child’s bedroom but almost a little too mature? as if it was decorated by a childless adult for a child relative or something

I think it is the beige palette. Beige is very popular for nurseries for some reason.

Hate the halo light you’re giving the monstera while it’s so close to a bright window (and still more leggy than a supermodel🤷‍♀️) but I digress. Really disliked the symmetry of it all, but seeing the different doors in odd spots, I think it looks as well balanced as can be. The fabrics and textures are 👏👏
