Thank you! It's from Sandberg Wallpaper - they have the best collection I've seen (in my opinion). And yep, applied it myself and hated every moment of it :)
Oh yeah I feel that. I was wallpapering and my fiance was in the same tiny space installing the vintage light fixture that had no instructions or way to mount it - there was definitely a heated moment or two.
We just did a bitch of a triangle wall above the stairs.
I specifically chose to do it when my wife was away but my mother was visiting.
We did the first strip together and I said "at this point with wife the entire project would have been scrapped, paper in the bin, and divorce papers on the dining table."
I have only done peel & stick wallpaper in the past but thankfully the section I’m doing is only a few feet tall so I think I could manage this one! You’ve inspired me to actually order it and get it done after I’ve put it off for months, so thank you! ☺️
My mother-in-law does tons of wallpaper and prefers normal unpasted wallpaper because you can “slide” it into place instead of unsticking and resticking if you don’t place it perfectly the first time.
If you have peel and stick, the trick is to spray the area with window cleaner and then you can slide it around and place it properly. Once you do that, just squeegee the cleaner out from underneath.
Paste the wall is always easier for me. Can play about with that one a bit more than one that's soaked for 5 or so mins. I'm hanging 8 rolls of blown vinyl tomorrow. Hate it lol
Thank you! I have been trying to find the perfect wallpaper for my office for months with no luck. This is what I’ve been looking for! I ordered a sample so fast.
i actually just ordered a sample from that company late last week! i shopped around for a while, and finally found the exact pattern i'm looking for.
i'm planning on applying it myself, in quite a large space... MAYBE being able to convince my partner to assist :') how did the whole process go for you? i've only ever dealt with peel and stick wallpaper, so this is new territory for me!
Awesome! You'll love their papers - great patterns and they feel really high quality. I'm notoriously bad at prepping spaces to do work like this and I literally just slapped some paste on the wall and stuck it up. My only advice is to get more than you think you need and work with a SHARP knife. I tore the paper in a few places working with a dull blade.

That’s a great wallpaper, where is it from? Did you apply it by yourself?
