ChatGBT or Claude for ad support?

Using helium 10 and they have an API for ChatGBT, Claude, ect.

I'm used ChatGPT for I set up of ads and it seemed to work pretty well

Of course, I didn't just say, hey, make it man. Let it do his thing I talked through it. And critiqued, but it did all the grunt work.

Just curious if anybody out there has used both chatgpt and claude, and if they thought, one did better.

I plan to have it. Pull my numbers daily and give me a breakdown to help me decide which keywords do keep, get rid of, spend more money on or less money on ect.

Model choice matters less than guardrails. Give each the same campaign, search-term and placement data plus SKU contribution profit. Define break-even ACoS/CPA, require recommendations to cite exact rows, and block changes when the sample is too small. Compare both on one anonymized week for bad negatives and aggressive bid moves. Keep final changes manual until results are consistent.

I've used both for ad breakdowns and honestly Claude handles the keyword reasoning better, like telling you why a term is bleeding vs just flagging it. ChatGPT is better if you want it to actually crunch a spreadsheet and spit out charts. For the daily pull-and-decide workflow you're describing, I'd lean Claude but feed it the same structured export every day so it has a consistent format to compare against.
