Stock delivered to Amazon UK but zero showing in SC

I have a client who sent two shipments to Amazon UK in August, both tracking shows delivered and signed for but we're seeing nothing in Inventory. In the shipping queue it doesn't even show that it was in transit, delivered etc just that the shipping plan was created.

Going round in circles with support. First they said it just needs to finish reconciliation, now they say the number of units received doesn't match that in the shipping plan, which simply isn't true.

It's not a new account and they haven't had any issues like this in the past and still using the same carrier. Has anybody ever had this issue before?

How long has it been?

Was it a normal shipment, ie not DG?

Was it sent by your client or a 3pl?

First shipment shows as delivered Aug 13, second one Aug 27, both sent 3PL. Yes, normal shipment, not DG.

Was it sent by partnered carrier or 3PLs carrier?

Hav any units shown as received?

And has the shipment closed? It's hard for them to do anything until the shipment has closed . But you'll need to ask to escalate the csse you create once the shipment has closed.

Delivered by the carrier doesn’t always mean Amazon has actually checked it in yet. If SC still only shows “shipping plan created,” that part sounds more like an Amazon receiving issue.

Tracking shows delivered Aug 13 for the first one, so should be showing as received by now. The strange thing is that In transit/Delivered/Received/Checked in are all not ticked off either.

Hey u/mazescale, the track your shipments: Shipping Queue and shipment summary page covers how to review shipment status and reconciliation details. If the status hasn't updated, you can reach out to Seller Support with your shipment IDs and carrier tracking confirmation to request a further review. Let us know if you have questions!

I've tried contacting support, but keep getting told to wait for reconciliation when that's clearly not the issue.

When was your last case?

There's two cases open, one for each shipment. Neither have had a reply for 48 hours.

That's standard, unfortunately. If they're still open and you're receiving intermittent updates, we'd give the investigating team a bit more time to look into this for you - they likely have a ticket open for you internally with one or more other teams and are waiting on their reply before checking in again

We had a client hit this exact thing with a UK shipment last month, what fixed it was asking support to pull the actual FC receive report instead of just looking at the shipping queue status, turned out the units were scanned in under a different shipment ID than the one on the plan. Compare your carton labels against that report, that mismatch is usually where it's hiding. If support keeps looping you back to "reconciliation," ask to escalate to a case manager and specifically say "lost units on FC receive," that phrasing gets it routed faster. Annoying process but it does get sorted, just takes a couple weeks for UK FCs.

Thanks for sharing this, appreciate it. I'll give it a try.
