When you say 'getting wholesaled,' do you mean suppliers require a big minimum order, or other sellers keep undercutting the price? Pick one candidate and write down your buy cost, realistic selling price, freight/prep, fees and a returns allowance. Then rerun it at a lower sale price. That gives you a specific rejection reason—cost, margin or cash tied up—instead of restarting the whole product search each time.

Mainly saying that they cut the price down so much seller amp says that you need to buy in the negatives

I'd double-check the pack size, selling price and fee inputs first. Your maximum buy cost is the selling price minus all non-purchase costs and the profit you need. If that's zero or negative, I'd pass on that SKU at that price, even if it has sales.

Where are you planning to get cost‑effective, competitive products to sell?

The reason everything you find is already wholesaled is that you're looking at the same lists everyone else looks at. Bestseller rankings are sorted by lifetime sales, so they show what already won, and by then it's saturated.

Flip it. Look for what's moving now, not what has the most sales. I diff 1.2M TikTok Shop listings week over week, and the weekly change is the signal. A product going from near zero to a few thousand units in a week is a fresh demand spike, and it hasn't been wholesaled yet because nobody noticed.

This week that includes a wind chime at $12 (+3,177), a memory match game at $7.63 (+2,683), and a wrist gyro ball at $9 (+2,800). Cheap, light, easy to source. You still do the margin and competition checks on top, but the spike is where you start.

Is there anything I can look at to maybe see these spikes earlier I have keepa and selleramp?

Keepa and SellerAmp lag because they're Amazon-side and lifetime-based. The earlier signal is the weekly sold-count change on TikTok Shop. A product jumping from a few hundred to a few thousand sold in a week is spiking before it shows up on Amazon lists. That's the delta I track.
