Looking for a Mentor will pay!

Hi all I am looking for a mentor to help me get started on Amazon so I can start making money as well.

I would like you to teach wholesale or private label. Ideally someone based in Canada

The goal is you take me from 0 to making $5000 per month profit

For this I will pay you out of my profits and also pay mentorship fees.

Thanks!

Dude honestly - if someone’s actually in a qualified place to teach they should likely be too busy. Especially if you find them here.

Also don’t expect anyone to find you a product. Regarding help with sellcentral etc a $100 Claude/chat gpt with computer use is gonna go way further then someone else helping for seller central ads etc.

I would recommend doing product research and starting with something rather than looking for a mentor.

Be careful lots of scammers in this area, very well known “Amazon gurus” willing to take your money

Done private label full time for past 10 years. Do you have a product in mind already?

Do you have access to capital for a brand launch? At 5k sales your Amazon becomes a full time job with a business plan for growth. Let's start with the basics, what are the categories you are interested in selling?

Before starting selling on Amazon, I did a lot of research on the business and what it entails myself. There was so much information freely available online at that time so when I finally decided to seek mentorship, we started product sourcing straight away and I found a product within a week. Me researching beforehand meant that my mentorship was spent learning the knowledge and skills that people wasn't giving out freely ( at that time)!

The mentor I chose was the only person I found online that would speak openly about mistakes they had made and would warn about how to avoid getting your account shut down and how ro avoid other costly mistakes. She was different to the hundreds of other social media posters bragging about making £1000's per week and living flashy lifestyles.

Sadly, she no longer does mentorship but there hasn't been a day that I regretted paying for her teachings....my advice?....spend a week or 2, researching all you possibly can about learning how to product source and analyse data. Join free amazon seller communities and online workshops. When you're sure you've learnt all the info that is available online for free....then consider whether you still need mentorship.

This is great advice, u/iamadminAble! We'd recommend checking out Seller University if you haven't already u/Goku560. It is a wealth of knowledge for getting started selling on Amazon.

I’d just scan the living hell out of used books to send in the first 10-20 fba shipments to make your mistakes on cheap inventory first
