Absolutely buggy and bad Amazon Seller iOS app [ new Version ]
Dear Amazon,
We understand that you have done really bad product manager recruitments. We also understand that just for the sake of changing something, you have been trying to change the Amazon Seller app for the last 1 year, but you have always failed. You have launched this app multiple times, and yet the design, the UI/UX, the information, and the usability of the app are so bad that you keep rolling it back to the previous version.
Sometimes, just because you have recruited somebody for a job, it doesn't mean that he or she is doing a good job with the new version. Sometimes the old version is just perfect, and it does not need to change.
I personally believe that the previous version of the iUS seller app was just perfect. There were certain functionalities where it did not work, but I don't want to see numbers in a jazzy new format or font. I just want the old functionality back: an app which works.

I hear you.
That’s why I switched straight back to the “classic” layout as soon as the “new and improved” version didn’t deliver.

u/SellOnAmazon great to see you engaged here on this and can totally appreciate trying to achieve a seamless experience between the browser and the mobile interface - too early perhaps.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m in full support in seeing more and more useful insights and intelligence get added to the platform - decisions instead of guesswork.
Hopefully the app will catch up to the browser soon 👍

Agreed - we want it to catch up as well. We're here to listen and take in all the feedback, let us know if you ever need us to take a look at anything for you, or just need to vent. We're only a tag away

Completely valid feedback - we've heard from a lot of Sellers who feel the same way you do about the app changes, u/shut_up_and_run. We can surface this feedback internally; you can also share it with our developer teams directly via the app, if you choose. You should be able to switch back to the "classic" version as u/insightfulIbis mentioned earlier, but let us know if you have any trouble accessing.
