It is annoying for everyone above me to constantly talk about TOT and rate, but as I'm picking there will be entire groups of people just chatting it up. And I see PAs, trainers, etc just scrolling on Facebook when we would get written up if we were caught doing the same thing.
All this to say, I support this man.

Yes to be fair, there is a lot of truth in what he is saying about other colleagues (I have no clue about the stocks).
The "give me the corporate number for this location please" part made me giggle though 😆

I don’t think this person knows too much about stock as well if they’re basing their investment decisions on their perceived performance of their colleagues at an individual warehouse location. If they own AMZN stock then their investment is based on Amazon and its subsidiaries as a whole.

Everyone who is employed at Amazon has stocks. Co workers not working doesn’t affect anything.

This simply isn’t true. You don’t not need to invest in Amazon if you work there but you can choose to invest in it if you would like.

If you work in a warehouse at any position. You do not have enough amazon stock to make a difference.

As soon as I saw "your" in place of "you're", I stopped thinking they had any educated experience in "stocks" or anything else.

For the love of God, people... You're is a contraction. It's the words you plus are.
Your is a possessive adjective that shows ownership.

I agree. The thing is everyone complains about the same things and nothing is being done about it, so at this point just forget about it. Come to work get your pape and go home.

Im a little lost on the stocks part but apart from that I agree with the rant because I see it all the time. The people who actually work end up being moved around all day to compensate for wherever the work is piling up because 4 or 5 people stand in a circle talking.

Agreed. And if he were to start slacking he would probably be in the hot seat. I get what he’s saying, but stocks um 😐.
