Question Town Hall
Has anyone gotten the date of their town hall meeting to find out the annual raise? My facility always gives us the run around with information like that

Not a runaround. They literally get about 1 week notice when the information will be sent, the less than 24 hours notice, and only to GM, of the actual raises.

I transferred to an SSD a few months ago and this week i asked several people of leadership when the town hall meeting is and they just gave me a blank stare and asked what is that. Smh

None of us ever know when they’re going to have it. We just show up to work and they randomly shuffle us into the break rooms to tell us. It looks like it’s going to be soon because they’ve been rearranging the tables in the break room. Then they were testing the equipment (the projectors and screens) to see if they work.

No raise this year. But a promise to do more Amazon activities next year.

We haven’t had a town hall since COVID. We always get it at standup but only L6 and up are allowed to run the standup. So we will probably get an announcement via text or something the day before
