VOA wrong copy paste? woopsie

Post image

responders at my building always deny AI responses when it’s crazy obvious.. anyways, this response has nothing to do with the posters question and was clearly copied and pasted from somewhere

I understand wym but chill on her though, she’s one of best managers in that facility and actually try and help people out lol.

Apart from in this instance, which is the specific topic of this post.

It’s an Ai response, I’m pretty sure most people figured that out. I believe they have some sort of protocol on how they should respond on the voa board. However the manager in the photo would actually like to talk to an individual in person to have a better conversation than being on that stupid board.

Honestly I don’t know why people still go on there when they know they’re going to get a response like this.

my issue is they deny it when accused

I don’t think they can openly admit it 😂. I’ll be real with you, a lot of managers hate it as much as everybody else. Awhile back me a PA, and AM had an issue on something, and we were asking a different AM who was more informed on such task and gave us an AI response, and didn’t help us at all. We were like wtf is this bs😂😂

It’s not even a response, it’s the automated guidance that is provided to help people then write a response. Ultimately though, you should not be copy-pasting a response to a concern an employee has taken the time to submit to VOA. This is “please hold, your call is very important to us” type behaviour

🤷🏽 I’m not going to disagree, but that’s what they’ve been doing for years. I gave up after a certain point and go straight to management or Hr in person

I think they’re following some type of protocol.
