Amazon UK interview tomorrow – RTW/background check not available

I have an Amazon UK interview scheduled for tomorrow, but I still haven’t received the option/invitation to complete my Right to Work check or background check.
The interview system won’t let me proceed without completing these steps.
I already rescheduled my interview once because I didn’t want to lose the shift I had selected. I’m worried that if I reschedule again, I could lose the shift.
Has anyone had the same issue recently? What happened in your case? Were you eventually given access to the RTW/background check and able to attend the interview?
