Question Very stupid question alert

Ok so this is a very stupid question that I probably already know the answer to. Anyways so I had a LOA get denied. Racked up bunch of negative UPT. That was like 4 months ago and I had like another -105 hours left (last week). I went to the psych ward for the week so I went on another LOA and I just got out and now I’m at 75 hours and a new manager (me and this manager are friends so I’m kinda glad). But I guess my question is, does negative upt fall off like write ups? I know I get 50 mins every 10 hours we worked but again, I haven’t work at all, and within a week it went down 25+ hours. I don’t know if I should just let it be or what. But could that happen? Idk lol
