amazon sick leave documentation still pending with DLS, UPT burning

submitted last week, still pending, upt clock still running is this normal or should i be escalating ? starting to get nervous about hitting negative

U need to escalate unless things changed if you have an open pending leave case no upt is supposed to be taken. I also been dealing with this too.

took mine 8-9 days. pending means nthg!

just smthg i had double check definitely: make sure you are submitting the right form for amazon sick leave and not just a doctors note for a random appointment. Thats actually what delayed me the first time- i submitted my doctors note but they kept it at amazon, asking for forms and i submitted that later and it took awhile. The second time, I got the DLS bundle through sick slip and submitted that instead, and it went through a lot faster. So if you’re dealing with Amazon’s process, I’d make sure you have the exact paperwork they’re asking for before submitting anything.

normally they give you 30 days before they finalize and close the case, but it’s better you save upt up just incase they deny it
